Establish program objectives – cost, timing and launch performance; setting up function team and collaborating with Program Team members and customer’s counterparts 设立项目目标—费用、时间和投产目标。建立多功能团队，和项目团队成员、客户建立良好的沟通与协作。

Establish program plan by determining time frame, funding and staffing; program schedule was approved by line manager.在确定的时间框架、 经费和员工基础上制定项目计划，项目的进度表被上级领导认可。

Monitoring and controlling program budget; schedule and scope changes; analyze variances; initiate corrective actions监控项目预算、时间表和工作内容的变化，分析差异，实施纠正措施。

Setting up regally program status reports meeting by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and trends在收集、分析和归纳总结信息和趋势的基础上举行项目状况报告例会。

Manage commitments and expectations of the team; direct and keep team on track掌控团队应承担的义务和期望值，引导并保持项目团队工作走上正轨。

Continuously evaluate program risks, develop contingency/risk management plans, and execute contingency plans at the appropriate time持续评估项目的风险，制定意外或风险处理的应急计划并在适当的时间点实行此计划

Internal Coordination - Quality, Design, PE, ME, logistics, Industrial Planning, Sales, Purchasing, Controller, Launch Manager and so on; Manage all the program development activities and carry out Program Management Systems内部协调－质量、设计、产品工程、制造工程、物流、工业化规划、销售、采购、项目财务控制、产品投产经理等，管理所有项目开发事宜并贯彻项目管理PMS系统

External Coordination - Customers and NBHX Subsidiaries; as the most important interface of the program team keep the close communication with them外部协调－客户和华翔各分公司。项目经理作为项目团队最重要的接口界面，需要和他们保持非常密切的沟通。

Perform other duties as required, such as Gate review, Program score card, APQP, etc.执行其他的任务和要求，比如项目门评审、项目记分卡、APQP等

Efficiently lead a program team to ensure all targets are achieved on-time有效率的领导项目团队并保证所有目标按时完成

Identify, plan and train the team members and also plant members to ensure good working practices and standardisation; lessons learn collection and so on确定、计划和培训团队成员及工厂成员，保证工作的规范化和标准化。经验教训总结等。
