1. Validation Manager – 1st prior:

As a member of the battery pack institution, the Validation Manager will be responsible for establishing product requirements as well as planning and executing validation activities for a variety of battery-pack products: Mechanical fatigue/Thermal fatigue/Electrical/Performance/Enclosure/Life cycle testing/Safety testing

Leading and managing the system and component validation for EV project

Establish the protocol for testing process to meet the specification of products 

The Validation Manager will act as an engineering leader to determine/review product requirements, coordinate testing, analyze test results, provide technical judgment, and develop appropriate documentation. 

The position will require solid quantitative skills, communication skills, and experience in product development.

Requirements: 

?         BS degree in mechanical/electrical/electronic/materials engineering

?         5+ Years of experience in battery validation and testing from automotive OEM or tier 1 automotive suppliers.

?         Solid knowledge about battery technologies especially lithium ion

?         Experience with requirements and data analysis in a product development environment

?         Advanced user of Excel (Visual Basic scripting abilities is a plus)

?         Excellent oral and written communication skills

2. BMS Manager – 2nd prior:

?         This position will report directly to Head of Institute and be responsible for managing a technical team to implement:

ü  Design and develop a wide range of low-level embedded software in Battery Management System (BMS). 

ü  Develop and execute unit and functional for BMS of Lithion Battery, ... 

ü  Programe and developement: functional for Lithion Battery, Calculate and simulation the parameter of Lithion Battery as SOC, SOH, Temperature, Voltage of battery pack ... protect of battery.
