职位描述

1. 收集和整理设计要求，准备设计任务书；

2. 审核及评定建筑专业设计图纸和相关资料，包括方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计；

3. 审核及评定相关专业招投标技术文件，提供专业技术支持；

4. 配合土建，装修施工工程的征询、设计、审核、施工等工作，提供专业技术支持；

5. 负责协调本专业范围内设计院与其它设计顾问方（如景观设计、机电顾问）的设计工作；

6. 配合现场施工要求，解决项目疑难点和突发性事件，审核本专业设计变更；

7. 参加政府部门、监理单位、施工单位等组织的工程例会及协调会，保证工程顺利竣工；

8. 完成领导安排的其他工作；

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collect and prepare User Requirement Specification；

2. Review and assessment of design drawings, specifications and documents of architecture design, including concept design, preliminary design and construction design;

3. Review and assessment of relevant bidding documents and to provide technical support during bidding/tendering process;

4. Participate and support the enquiry, design review and construction of civil and interior decoration work;

5. Coordinate with design institute, special system designer (landscaping, M&E consultant etc.) during design and construction phase;

6. Onsite technical support during construction phase, resolve design issues and review/evaluate design changes;

7. Participate the inspection of governmental authorities, supervision company and client; participate regular project meeting；

8. Complete other  work delivered by the leaders;

职位要求:

1. 建筑专业本科以上学历；

2. 持有相关证书者优先；

3. 熟悉本专业的各类设计和施工验收规范；

4. 熟悉招投标技术管理流程，并有成功案例；

5. 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力,具备服务意识和团队精神；

6. 能够承受较强的工作压力；

7. 要求能写工作报告, 能快速阅读技术文章; 能较流畅地用英语交流技术问题；

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree of Architecture;

2. National certificates is a plus;

3. Familiar with the design and construction inspection code and standards;

4. Familiar with bidding/tendering process；

5. Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player；

6. Can work under pressure；

8. Good command of English and computer skills；
