岗位职责：

1、认真贯彻国家政策法规和公司规章制度，维护公司利益；

2、协助工程部经理做好工程开工准备前的工作；

3、审查施工组织设计，参与组织施工图纸技术交底会，提出建设性意见，跟踪处理图纸会审中提出的问题；

4、根据自身制定的质量监督计划和相关规范标准对土建施工质量进行控制，对承包单位与监理单位的质量完成情况进行检查考核并提出调整意见；

5、全面负责现场所管区域的三控三管一协调工作，按质按量完成预期制定的工程进度计划目标；

6、负责完成本专业从确定方案、委托设计、办理各种施工审批手续，到组织配套施工单位进场、施工管理及协调等的一切事宜，与相关政府部门密切联系，关注政府动态。

任职要求：

1、土木工程、工程管理等相关专业本科及以上学历；

2、5年以上大型房地产公司或建筑施工单位、监理单位工作经验优先；

3、熟悉相关国家、行业质量标准、规范；

4、能熟练使用相关专业软件（如：CAD、PS、天正等）及办公软件；

5、能快速识图，发现工程项目是否按图施工；

6、熟悉工程质量验收流程、熟悉工程建设项目常见质量问题及处理措施；

7、沟通协调能力强，有很好的团队合作意识；

8、有相关职业资格证（如：一、二级建造师）。
