任职资格标准：

1.大专及以上学历

2.了解和熟练使用SQL

3.较强的沟通和理解能力

4.客户需求分析能力

5.工作态度认真，能在一定压力下保持良好的工作状态

6.人力资源或计算机专业优先

7.有运维服务经验优先

Support Consultant

Description:

1、Responsible for the daily operation of customers’ E-HR system, ensure the normal operation of the customer's system, online handling of customer problems.

2、Responsible for classifying customers’ requirements; and provide solution.

3、Provide suggestions upon customers request.

Qualification:

1、College degree or above

2、Proficient in MS SQL.

3、Good communication skill.

4、Good analytical skill

5、Able to work under pressure.

6、Major in human resources or computer science is preferred.

7、Experience in support operation is preferred.
