Field technical support needs to work with the front-line sales reps. to make sure the customers feel comfortable in using IDEXX CAG equipments.

Work closely with service engineers in order to support sales effort and provide trouble shooting for end users.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Provide technical support of CAG In-House-Diagnostics (IHD) products (biochemistry analyzer, hematology analyzer, electrolyte and blood gas analyzer, urine analyzer, coagulation analyzers, and rapid assay kits…etc.) in east and south China veterinary market.
在东区和南区的兽医市场内为CAG的产品提供技术支持。

2. The field technical support specialist will provide pre-sale demonstration by request or if needed, on-site installation/ training, and after-sale (trouble shooting and on-site service) to veterinary customers including veterinary hospitals, vet clinics, and Vet University.

3. Routine visiting customers, monitor, and maintain machines.

4. Answer and solve technical questions from customers either by oral communication, on-call or by on-site troubleshooting.

5. Provide product training and technical support to sales and distributors.

6. Support sales team to make effective tools. Spend 70% time in the field to ensure successful implementation.

职位要求：
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Education

Bachelor’s Degree or above majored in Veterinary, Medical Technology or Bio technology.
本科学历及以上学历，专业为兽医或医疗/生物技术。

EXPERIENCE:
1. 1-2 years Technical Support working experience in Clinical Diagnostic equipment in pet-care market or Human Clinical Diagnostics Lab or medical market.
至少1-2年在兽医/宠物保健市场/人体临床诊断实验室/医疗市场中的临床诊断设备的技术服务工作经验。

2. Work experience in Clinical Diagnostics of Biochemistry and Hematology analyzers will be preferred.
拥有生化和血液分析仪的临床诊断工作经验，将会优先考虑

3. Laboratory experience preferred

REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES:

1. Instrument operation & troubleshooting training for customers/end users

2. Computer skills in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Words, Powerpoint, and Outlook.
