工作职责:

1、负责产品中涉及的前端开发工作；

2、参与前期需求沟通和分析，完成前端模块设计；

3、与产品经理、交互、UI、后端、测试工程师等其他团队沟通合作，保证产品研发工作的质量和进度，研究并改善用户体验；

4、持续改善、优化现有代码、工作流程；

5、Web前沿技术研究和新技术调研。

任职资格:

1、熟悉HTMLXHTML、CSS等网页制作技术，熟悉页面架构和布局；

2、熟悉Java 、Ajax等Web开发技术熟练运用至少一款主流的JS框架；

3、熟悉W3C标准，对表现与数据分离、Web语义化等有较为深刻的理解；

4、熟悉Vue开源框架；

5、熟悉用户交互设计理论，热衷分析并改善产品的用户体验；

6、具备工程化的前端思维，具备较好的问题分析与解决能力；

7、思路清晰，具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精，善于学习、总结，乐于分享。
