Key Areas of Responsibility: 

1. Provide production support to Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system relating to Sales/Marketing, Operations, Inventory, Warehouse, and Finance etc. 

2. Provide AX technical assistance to ERP system. 

3. Develop needed reports from Microsoft Dynamics AX ERP system via SSRS Reports

4. Develop Enterprise Portal Web Parts, Role Center Web Part Pages

5. Maintain and enhance the customized Dynamics AX and SSRS reports

6. Maintain and enhance customized Dynamics AX programs

7. Document/update ERP training manuals and conduct end-user training as required. 

Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: 

1. Must have strong background in using Dynamics AX/ERP system

2. ERP Logistics production support experience a must

3. Posses strong analytical and report writing skills that can be utilized with our ERP databases to develop      comprehensive management reports and tools.

4. Proficient in SQL, VB, Crystal Reports and MS SQL server DB design

5. ERP Finance knowledge a plus

6. Enterprise Portal Web Parts, Role Center Web Part Pages a plus

7. Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services a plus

  

8. Able to work under pressure to meet aggressive deadlines
Required education and experience:
1.BS in CS/MIS or equivalent. 

2.  5+ years ERP application development.

3.BI (Business Intelligence) A plus 

4.SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Service) A plus

5.Fluency in both English and Mandarin
