1.      负责工程项目造价成本、建筑装饰工程投标、预结算竣工验收资料整理，了解材料、人工、造价等相关信息；

2.      负责各项合约签订、流程审批、平台部门系统相关流程提报；

3.      负责项目运营过程中各类物资的采购和管理，项目工程结算及分包结算管理；

4.      熟悉相关建筑及装修设计规范，懂施工流程；

5.      熟练操作OFFICE、港式清单等预算软件；

任职要求：

1、  本科以上学历，工程类采购合约及预决算相关专业优先，国际学校相关工作优先；

2、  有2年以上相关工作经验，有独立负责过预决算工作经验者优先；

3、  做事认真沉稳，逻辑清楚，执行力强，有较强的数据分析能力。
