岗位要求

1,大专以上学历

2,有一定的英语基础，能看懂机械图纸的英语技术要求

3,有5年以上相关加工行业如：压铸、挤型材、加工方式的检验经验

4,熟练使用常用的测量工具，卡尺、千分尺、高度仪等，懂三坐标测量

5,MS OFFICE操作熟练

6,熟悉汽车件压铸或表面喷涂要求

7,熟悉ISO9001，TS16949质量管理体系

8,良好的团队意识、质量意识

9,能适应江浙沪的长期出差

10,***有驾驶证C照

Position Requirement

1, College or above education

2, Familiar with English, Can read English Version mechanical drawings, understand the technical requirements in English

3, More than 5 years related industries such as: Die Casting, Extrusion, and Machining inspection.

4, Skilled use of measuring tools, calipers, micrometer, height meter, etc., understand the coordinate measurement

5, MS OFFICE operation skilled

6, Familiar with the automotive die casting or surface coating requirements

7, Familiar with ISO9001, TS16949 quality management system

8, Good team awareness, quality awareness

9, Business travel near Jiangsu, Zhejiang

10, Preferred have a driving license C Level

岗位职责

1,负责外协产品的检验工作，并按要求完成出货检验报告

2,负责外协产品的质量问题跟踪，并及时汇报，协同供应商追踪问题的根本原因以及提交相关有效的改善措施，并监督改善措施的实施效果

3,供应商质量问题的汇总

4,供应商的审核、年度考核

5,检验文件的制作，以及持续更新

6,新产品的FAI检测以及完成相关报告

7,PPAP文件的提交，包括（ FEMA/CP的制作）

此职位偏重于产品测量技术以及不良问题分析能力

Position Responsibilities

1, Responsible for outsourcing products inspection, as required to complete the shipping inspection report

2, Responsible for tracking the quality of products, and reporting, collaborative suppliers to track the reason of the problem and the submission of relevant effective improvement measures, and to monitor the implementation of measures to improve the effect

3, Summarize supplier quality issues.

4, Supplier's audit, the annual assessment

5, Make inspection documents, and continuous improvement

6, FAI of new products and the completion of the relevant report

7, PPAP file submission, including (FEMA / CP production)

This position is focus on product measurement technology and bad quality issues analysis
