1,协助采购经理，确保产品供应持续，并提供支持

2,开发并管理新的供应商，商谈采购条款

3,对供应商的表现评估，并确保工艺

4,准备供应商开发计划，并改善其整体水平

5,协助并界定开发手段以及方法

6,维护并加强职能部门之间的关系

7,善于和工厂进行沟通

8,协助并与区域团队合作确保计划实施

9,评估潜在供应商并管理整个供应商质量过程

10,开发，建立采购计划，评审采购文件

11,确保采购计划，合同以及供应商管理可控

Position Responsibilities

1,Assist Purchasing Manager to supports the regional supply function, ensuring continuity of supply through analysis of key metrics

2,Develop and manage new vendor on-boarding process including terms, compliance, set up forms, lead times, and tracking of all related information

3, Executes vendor performance evaluations to ensure technical excellence for product

4, Prepares supplier development program to improve overall supplier performance

5, Assists in identifying and developing department tools and methodologies

6, Maintains and enhances cross-functional team relationships

7, Comfortable interfacing directly with the vender

8,Coordinates and collaborate with regional teams while ensuring tactical and strategic alignment.

9,Evaluates potential suppliers and manages the overall quality process

10、Develop and make procurement plans, review procurement documents

11、Ensure the purchase plans、contracts and supplier management.

任职要求： 

1, 本科学历，机械，材料专业优先

2，能熟练读懂英文机械类产品图纸

3，两年以上，钣金冲压相关行业的采购工作经验，熟悉钣金冲压行业工艺。

4，具有较强的口头表达能力，商务谈判技能及成本观念与风险意识

5，能独立拟定合同条款，对条款的合理性合法性有独立判断能力

6，能使用AutoCAD，SolidWorks或其他3D读图

7，熟练的电脑操作能力 - 包括Microsoft Excel，Word，PowerPoint。

8，根据需要安排出差。

9，思维敏捷，随机应变能力强

10, 良好的英语口头和书面沟通技巧。

Position Requirement

1, Bachelor's degree, Mechanical and Material major will be preferred

2，Can read English mechanical product drawings skillfully

3， More than 2 years experience in Metal Stamping related industries, familiar with the process of stampingindustry

4，Strong oral presentation skills, business negotiation skills and cost concepts and risk awareness

5，Can independently make the terms and conditions of the contract, and have independent judgment on the rationality of the terms

6,Can use AutoCAD, SolidWorks or other 3D to read drawings

7,Proficiency in computer skills - including Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint.

8,Arrange travel as required.

9,Quick-thinking and resourceful

10,Good spoken and written communication skills in English.
