岗位职责：

1，组建并管理销售团队，开拓海外市场，开发新客户；维护和进一步开发老客户；

2，制定并完成公司年度销售计划和任务；

3，反馈客户需求，搜集市场信息，积极推广公司和产品；开拓新的销售方向；

4，独立处理和解决所负责的业务，包括商务洽谈，拜访和接待客户， 相关业务的记录与分析等事宜；

5，控制整个销售过程，提高客户的满意度；

Job Responsibilities:

1, Organize and Manage the sales team, explore overseas markets, develop new customers; maintenance and further development of old customers;

2, Design and realize the company's annual sales plans;

3, Collect and communicate customer Requirement, to collect market information, and actively promote the company and products; develop new sales direction;

4, Independently processing and settlement of the related business, including business negotiations, customer visits and reception, related business records and analysis and other matters;

5, Control the entire sales process, improve customer satisfaction;

岗位要求：

1，本科以上学历，商贸，机械或材料类专业，熟悉机械加工，或者塑料成型等优先考虑

2，3年以上外贸工作经验。熟悉B2B平台的操作。

3，熟悉进出口业务、外汇及相关法律和税务知识。

4，英语六级以上，听说写流利，熟练使用电脑及办公软件。

5，工作积极主动，有责任心，上进心，具有良好的团队合作精神

Position Requirement

1, Bachelor degree or above, business, mechanical or material professional, familiar with mechanical processing, or plastic molding, etc.

2, More than three years of foreign trade experience. Familiar with B2B platform operation.

3, Familiar with the import and export business, foreign exchange and related legal and tax knowledge.

4, English six or more, heard fluent, skilled use of computer and office software.

5, Be proactive, responsible, motivated, with a good team spirit
