岗位职责

1、 协助销售经理完成订单跟踪，客户的日常往来，

2、 客户咨询、投诉、纠纷等情况的协调解决；

3、 协助公司销售人员完成文档管理，归类和统计；

4、 协助公司销售经理跟踪生产，安排发运，货款整理催收管理等事宜；

5、 公司内部部分行政管理；

6、 相关表格、文件、数据的处理及操作安排；

 

Position Responsibilities

1, Assist the sales manager to complete the order tracking, the customer's daily contacts,

2, Solve customer consultation, complaints, disputes and other Job;

3, Assist the company sales staff to complete the document management, classification and statistics;

4, Assist the company sales manager tracking production, and arrange shipping, follow up the payment and other matters;

5, the company part of the internal administration;

6, related forms, documents, data processing and operation arrangements;

 

岗位要求

1、大学专科及以上学历，专业不限，国际贸易、商务英语, 机械类相关专业优先；

2、1年以上相关贸易领域工作经验，有外企工作相关领域工作经历者或在机械行业经验者优先考虑；

3、熟悉贸易进出口业务的操作流程及相关法律法规，具备扎实的外贸专业知识，熟练掌握海关报关报检工作程序者优先考虑；

4、具备基本的外语写作及口语能力，熟练使用常用办公软件；

5、良好的沟通、执行力和谈判能力，团队合作精神强，责任心强，可承受一定工作压力。

 

Position requirements

1, Bachelor degree or above, international trade, business English，Mechanic Engineering related professional;

2, 1 years relevant work experience in the field of trade, foreign or Machinery industry work related work experience is preferred;

3, familiar with the import and export business operations and related laws and regulations, with a solid professional knowledge of foreign trade, proficient in customs declaration procedures are preferred;

4, with basic foreign language writing and oral skills, skilled use of commonly used office software;

5, good communication, execution and negotiation skills, team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, can withstand a certain work pressure.
