Responsibility:

1. CFRP Product development including design the process technology

2. Creating drawings (3D and 2D)

3. Finite element analysis to make sure it comply with design input request

4. Creating BOM list

5. In charge of CFRP material stacking design to make sure its strength enough

6. Producing fixtuure desgin and confirmation

7. Cost down request

8. Monitoring and tracking the quality and process on sample and pilot production stages to make sure it can be going smoothly into mass production

9. Creating documentation of Process flow diagram, Control plan, DFMEA & PFMEA

10. Communication with cusomer on technology details to make sure it pass through end customer’s request

Job requirement：

1. College degree or above, Major in machinery design and manufacture, mechanics etc.,

2. Skill in 3D creating softwares, excellent strength caculation knowledge, know well FEA and can use it to analysis pre-designed structurer

3. Know well kinds of CFRP raw material characteristics and its market

4. Know well the theory of CFRP material stacking design 

5. 3years or above experience on CFRP material stacking design

6. Excellent experience on bike frame design

7. Strong leaning and pratical ability

8. Be postive and hard working

9. Good team work and communcation

10. Be within 45 years old

岗位职责：

1. 负责碳纤维结构件产品前期开发工作，包括产品技术方案的确定

2. 三维图，CAD图纸制作

3. 负责结构件的FEA分析

4. 负责建立BOM清单

5. 负责碳纤维布的堆叠工艺设计，确保其强度符合设计要求

6. 负责生产工装设计

7. 负责产品成本控制

8. 负责产品试制过程工艺以及质量监控，确保设计产品能顺利量产

9. 负责制作工艺流程、Control Plan, DFMEA & PFMEA

10. 与客户沟通技术细节，确保设计方案顺利通过

任职要求:

1、 机械设计与制造、力学等大专及以上 

2、 能熟练操作三维软件,优秀的结构件强度计算知识，可运用FEA进行分析

3、 熟悉各种碳纤维品牌的原料特性

4、 熟悉碳纤维堆叠原理

5、 3年以上碳纤维布料堆叠设计经验

6、 熟悉自行车碳纤维车架设计尤佳

7、 具备较强的学习能力及动手能力

8、 工作积极向上，能吃苦耐劳

9、 团队合作能力强，企业忠诚度

10、 45岁以下
