Major Tasks / Activities:

• Ensure that the Environmental management system is maintained according the Environmental strategy and local laws and regulations and customer HS requirements
• Maintenance and preparations for recertification  acc.ISO14001
• Reporting to the EHS Manager / supervisor for Environmental and HS control issues
• Maintenance and further improvement of Environ. management system
• Organisation of workflows, documentations and records related to EMS
• Data collection and preparation of regular internal and external reports  and applications
• Supervision of implementation and fulfilment of environ. rules and regulations
• Organisation, execution and evaluation of EMS related inspections and audits
• Continuous analysis of defaults/deviations and initialization of preventive or corrective actions and improvements related to environmental hazards
• Consultancy to departments for EMS-related items & safety hazards
• Provision of alternatives in operation and supervision
• Preparation and execution of EMS training programs for employees
• Preparations for Environmental targets/ program
• Maintain authority contacts for environmental issues and/ to env. related associations
• Internal and external Self-qualification by literature studying, visits of Envir. fairs, congresses
• Arrangement and supervision waste recycling and disposal
• Realisation of job related training programs
• Other Job assignment from superior

Knowledge, Experience and Skill / Competency and Responsibility  Requirements

• Graduated engineer with major “environmental protection”, “chemistry” or related

• Fluent written and oral English

• Knowledge about local laws and regulation for Env. Protection

• Computer skills (MS office)
