BS/BA or equivalent in training and/or experience

 

EXPERIENCE AND TECHNICAL SKILLS

• Minimum 3 years working experience and deep knowledge in semiconductor industry and experience in product management and/or sales role.

• Excellent skills in both verbal and written business communications.

• Fluent written and oral English capability.

• Strong hands-on knowledge on Microsoft Office software, especially on word, excel and PowerPoint.

• Strong sense of timeline, multi-task and responsibility.

• Pursuit of project achievement and ownership.

• Open personal character and strong willingness on communication with people.

• Working experience on program planning, specific market research and customer relationship

 

 

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Recruit exhibitors/sponsors/conference attendees for SEMI expositions and conferences, the main focus areas are but not limit to LED, Semiconductor. At the meantime, keep tracking the existing customers’ payment, service statue, and provide all assistant needed for the service delivery. Booth and other relative sales revenue will be measured as the KPI.

• Recruit companies and affiliates to become SEMI member, develop and maintain effective communication channel with members, provide professional advice to member companies on various SEMI services, assist them to take best value from SEMI services. Membership due, member number, the satisfaction and retention rate will be the KPI

• Coordinate and assist key account management including timely and seamless Communication, executive meeting arrangement, and action item follow up etc.
