Responsibilities:

- Do business information consolidation via banking systems for client and project analysis, help supervisor preparing business letters, offers and other related documents, 

- Revise or update sales pitching materials using office software for the team,

- Help establish monthly business result database from main banking systems; prepare and update result tables, establish filing system for monthly analysis.

- To assist Trade Finance team in all supporting duties, which will encompass ordinary secretarial daily works; telephone calls handling, faxing, mailing, filing, typing, photocopying, travel and meeting arrangements etc…

-   To liaise with other branches in China and the Asian Region for collection, monitoring，consolidation of various weekly, monthly, quarterly or yearly reporting.

- Internal and external communication works

- Perform other assignments of supporting nature requested by the Management 

- Prepare transactional application and follow-up

Requirements:

- Master/Bachelor degree in finance, Fresh graduate or within 1 year working experience

- Good command of English (both written & spoken)

- Diligence, self-motivation, self-improvement and teamwork spirit

- Ability to communicate clearly and easily

- Rigour and sense of organisation

- Relationship management and Commercial sense

- Capacity to cooperate and ability to work across disciplines

(this position will sign one year employment contract with bank directly and renew one year)
