岗位职责Responsibilities

1.    TEM设备操作，实验安排，数据处理。熟练分析TEM数据结果。和客户沟通解释数据、为客户撰写实验报告，在给定的期限内提供检测报告。

Operate the TEM equipment, arrange the lab testing, data handling. Familiar with analyzing the TEM data report. Be responsible for the communication with customer in terms of data, generating the lab report and testing report within the deadline.

2.    具有独立使用TEM及相关分析设备和进行相关实验室工作的能力；

Can operate the TEM relevant analysis equipment and lab work independently.

3.    具有和客户在技术方面沟通的能力，理解客户需求，依据客户需求提供真实有效的测试报告。

Be able to communicate with the customer in terms of technology, understand well on the customers’ needs, provide real and effective testing report.

 任职要求Essentials

1.    三年以上实际TEM工作经验：熟练掌握TEM理论知识以及基础和高阶操作，如STEM、EDS、EELS等，具有分析TEM图像和数据的能力。

3+ years of TEM experience, have good knowledge of TEM theories and TEM work (STEM, EDS, EELS), be able to analyze the TEM data.

2.    材料，物理或化学专业等相关专业背景，熟悉微结构分析相关知识，熟悉材料科学基础知识，硕士以上学历，博士更佳。

Materials, physics or chemistry background, familiar with microstructure and mirco-analysis. Solid material science background knowledge. Master degree or above, PhD will be plus.

3.    人品正直，吃苦耐劳，具备承受一定工作压力的心理素质。能够接受倒夜班。(一个月8-10天)

Integrity, hard-working, can work under pressure.Can accept night shift.

4.    处事严谨，独立处理能力强，有团队协作精神，工作积极主动，乐于学习。工作态度良好。

Be precise, independent, teamwork, proactive and willing to learn. With good work attitude.

5.    英语听说读写熟练，熟悉Office等办公软件。熟练掌握Digital Micrograph, TIA, Velox或ImageJ等一种或多种软件。

Fluent English (both oral and written), Proficient in Digital Micrograph, TIA, Velox or ImageJ.
