Functional: Consultative selling model / Mkt & Sales

 

Education: Bachelor’s degree or above, MBA preferred but not required.

 

Language: Basic English Proficiency Mandatory

 

Experience: 5+ years working experience in sales and marketing with leading team experience.

 

Minimum 2 years' industry experience is also required.

 

Experience in Digital Learning product is a plus.

Key Responsibilities / Background:

 

. Responsible for achievement of both team and personal revenue targets

 

· Research, Account Mapping and Lead generation to support revenue targets

 

· Relationship Management (upselling and cross-selling) with all new Clients to maintain the future association and ensure y-o-y growth

 

· Work closely with group team to effectively promote digital global marketing strategy

 

· Strong team management skills: ability to deal with staff issues, to recruit, train and motivate team members

 

· Strong network of and goodwill among Decision Makers (VP, CXO etc.), especially in HR

 

· Enterprising aggressive sales professional with excellent communication skills

 

· Keep learning, self-improvement, embrace change, love challenges

 

 

Qualifications:

 

· Ability of excellent presentation skills, fluent business written and spoken in both English and Chinese

 

· Good analytical skills

 

· Strong business acumen, with ability to share insights that drive results and customer value.

 

· Self-starter, seeking a new professional challenge and a role with enormous growth potential in a multiple product lines company.
