- 根据船公司的截单时间要求，在最快的时间内有效地做好提单收集、初审和核对工作，确保单证基本准确并满足船公司的要求。

- 严格遵循单证操作流程，在规定的时间内完成初审提单样本的工作，确保单证完整准确。

- 负责所有订舱客户的提单发放工作（包括协议客户、付款买单客户及电子放单的客户），按时有效地做好核对、放单以及记录工作。

- 负责更改提单操作，根据要求完成收集、初审、复审、重签、督促完成付款等工作，并且及时在系统中记录确保提单完整准确。

- 每天进行提单数量的核对清点工作，确保数据无误、保存完好。 

- 协助完成相关海运操作工作。

任职要求：

- 大专以上学历

- 较好的英语读写力，CET-6以上优先考虑

- 丰富的单证客服经验，较强的沟通能力，具备一定的航运业务知识、熟悉海运进口出口操作及单证流程

- 负有责任感，有较强的公关能力、语言表达能力和独立处理能力的优先考虑

- 电脑操作熟练

- 有物流行业经验者优先

Duties and Responsibilities：

- According to the shipping company's cut-off time requirements, the billing collection, pre-examination and verification work will be carried out effectively at the first time to ensure the accuracy and meet the requirements.

- Strictly implement the workflow required by the department, to complete the pre-review and ensure billing accuracy on time.

- Be responsible for all billings, including checking all the BL, releasing and recording work. To make sure all the process on time and effectively.

- Be responsible for changing billing, collecting wrong original BL, pre-examination, amended billing, sign-for, chasing the payment process. After checking amendment fee status, release BL.

- Check all original BL every working day and make an inventory within period to ensure accurate data.

- Assist in the completion of Ocean Operations related work.

Qualification:

- College degree or above.

- Fair English, CET-6 and above is an advantage

- Basic customer service sense and skill, strong communication skill, familiar with operation process and shipping business knowledge

- Negotiation and interpersonal skills; Able to work independently & under pressure is plus

- Good MS office software application

- Familiar with billing process in 3PL logistics company management
