机械设计师工作岗位多样，可根据个人优势从事以下工作内容：

1、售前技术方案的制作及优化或根据项目技术协议，完成非标自动化设备的设计；

2、资深设计师（如总工）可负责公司设计审核或技术指导工作；

3、资深设计师可担任公司标准化工程师，负责制定公司标准化制度及数据库建立；

4、资深设计师可以指导装配工程师安装并优化建议

任职要求：

1、机械设计与制造，机械设备或机电一体化专业等（非本专业,但有多年从业经验者亦可）

2、资深设计师年龄不受限制，60岁以上身体健康者均可

3、了解自动化控制系统，熟悉机械加工工艺，精通熟悉机械原理和设计方法；

4、熟悉3D绘图软件及其他办公常用软件；

5、有三年以上非标自动化行业机械设计经验，有独立完成过设备的设计工作，熟悉各种机械装置的原理及构造特性，能进行部件合理化选型、参数校对等；熟悉机械手、机器人、伺服电机、丝杆、导轨、气动元件、传感器、减速机的选型及应用；

6、性格开朗，有责任心，能吃苦耐劳，积极进取，有良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力；

7、有较强的英语及汉语双语言沟通能力，能看懂中英语技术资料，口语流利，能达到无障碍交流者从优；

8、有海外项目或境外对接沟通的经验

Job responsibilities:

Job requirements:

1, mechanical design and manufacturing, major in mechanical equipment or mechatronics engineering (non-major, but with many years of experience)

2， Senior designer age is not restricted, over 60 years old and in good health

3，can understand the automatic control system, familiar with machining technology, familiar with mechanical principle and design method;

4, familiar with 3D drawing software and other common office software;

5, have more than three years experience in non-standard automation industry, have completed the design of equipment independently, familiar with the principles and construction characteristics of various mechanical devices, parts can be reasonable selection, parameter calibration, etc. Familiar with manipulator, robot, Servo Motor, screw, guide rail, pneumatic components, sensors, reducer selection and application;

6, cheerful character, responsible, hard-working, proactive, good team work spirit and communication skills.

7, strong English and Chinese bilingual communication skills, can understand Chinese and English technical materials, fluent spoken language, can achieve barrier-free communication excellent;

8，Experienced in overseas projects or overseas communication.
