职位描述

1. 收集和整理设计要求，准备设计任务书；

2. 审核及评定结构专业设计图纸和相关资料，包括方案设计、扩初设计、施工图设计；

3. 审核及评定相关专业招投标技术文件，提供专业技术支持；

4. 配合土建，装修施工工程的征询、设计、审核等工作，提供专业技术支持；

5. 负责协调本专业范围内设计院与其它设计顾问方（如景观设计、机电顾问）的设计工作；

6. 配合现场施工要求，解决项目疑难点和突发性事件，审核本专业设计变更；

7. 参加政府部门、监理单位、施工单位等组织的工程例会及协调会，保证工程顺利竣工；

8. 完成领导安排的其他工作；

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Collect and prepare User Requirement Specification；

2. Review and assessment of design drawings, specifications and documents of structure including concept design, preliminary design and construction design;

3. Review and assessment of relevant bidding documents and to provide technical support during bidding/tendering process;

4. Participate and support the enquiry, design review, space management and construction of M&E system；

5. Coordinate with design institute, special system designer (landscaping, BMS etc.) during design and construction phase;

6. Onsite technical support during construction phase, resolve design issues and review/evaluate design changes;

7. Participate the inspection of governmental authorities, supervision company and client; participate regular project meeting；

8. Complete other work delivered by the leaders;

职位要求

1. 建筑结构专业，力学基础好；

2. 能够进行钢结构和混凝土结构设计、分析和出图；

3. 熟悉PKPM，3D3S或SP2000，MIDAS/GEN等结构分析软件；

4. 1~2年结构设计经验，优秀本科毕业生亦可；

5. 熟悉本专业的各类设计规范；

6. 熟悉招投标技术管理流程，并有成功案例；

7. 良好的计划和执行能力、协调能力和人际沟通能力,具备服务意识和团队精神；

8. 能够承受较强的工作压力；

9. 要求能写工作报告, 能快速阅读技术文章; 能较流畅地用英语交流技术问题；

Qualification

1. Bachelor degree of architecture or structure，Good foundation of engineering mechanics；

2. Able to design, analyze and draw steel and concrete structures;

3. Familiar with PKPM, 3D3S or sp2000, MIDAS / Gen etc;

4. One or two years experience in design of structural , excellent graduates are also welcome；

5. Familiar with the design and installation inspection code and standards;

6. Familiar with bidding/tendering process；

7. Strong planning capability and Interpersonal skills. Good team player；

8. Can work under pressure；

9. Good command of English and computer skills；
