Working time:

9:00 – 18:00 from Monday to Friday.

Responsibilities:

1. Under the guidance of headquarter project manager, taking charge of engineering, site coordination and construction management for general contractor turn-key projects; familiar with audio and video, lighting, interactive, ride, game, theming and architecture related professional work; timely and efficient communication with customer and sub-contractors and follow-up; 

2. Communicating with headquarter for the requirements of domestic purchased equipment and assisting company for the procurement, unloading at the site and storage arrangement for imported equipments;

3. Measuring on the site and confirming installation conditions. Guiding the installation work of sub-contractors and confirming the effect; 

4. Cooperation with overseas engineers for equipment installation and commissioning and project acceptance;

5. Project follow-up, daily record for project process and report to company；

6. Documentation, sorting and filing of project construction documents, construction drawings, changing documents, as-built documents and acceptance documents; 

7. After project completion, timely contacting relevant personnel to sign acceptance report and handover; providing technical support for project aftersales service；

8. Providing reasonable comments for project management, reporting the problems happened during project management to related leaders and company；

9. Cooperation with foreign engineer for related project management work like to instruct other engineers or workers on the site; 

10. Verify designs and construction work to relevant theme park standards;

11. Finishing other work assigned from project leader and company；

12.If the daily work is not finished, it is necessary to work overtime in the evening and during weekends.  

Job requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree or above, major in mechanical and electrical integration or related majors, more than two years work experience about project management；

2. Good at English listening, speaking, reading and writing, capable to communicate with foreign colleague and to do translation between Chinese and English during meeting or site training；

3. Can adapt to long-term travel on project site, annual ratio of traveling on site is 40%-70%; 

4. Having good learning ability, practical ability, project management ability, coordination ability, team leadership ability and the ability to work under pressure；

5. Familiar with electrical control principle, electrical construction regulations, equipment management, audio and video control system; 

6. Having proficient ability of drawing CAD (need to participate in making drawing), design and equipment commissioning; 

7. Those who has C1 driving license is preferred.
