Main Responsibilities

? Through role model, leadership and coaching develop a professional and customer focused FOB sales teams.

? Lead and develop the sales team including resource selection, development & succession.

? Deliver budgets/targets (volume & revenue) for the customer portfolio.

? Increase customer satisfaction & loyalty.

? Hold all direct reports and team members accountable for team KPI’s and key objective.

? Be responsible for competence develop of team members.

? Increase sales performance of the FOB sales team ( efficiency & effectiveness).

? Ensure cascade strategy with all origins, overseas agencies, supporting the team to develop responsible customers’ business through collaboration within Amass and with various external stakeholders. Strategy to be reviewed regularly, and communicated thoroughly to ensure buy-in and understanding from all relevant stakeholders 

? Create an environment of innovation and rapid response to client’s needs based on a deep awareness of their business from both a tactical and strategic perspective 

? Oversee the overseas agencies’ performance and business growth

Performance Measurement Areas: 

? Volume and revenue of the export and import

? Continuously improve sales performance

? Optimize cost of sales

? Increase customer & employment satisfaction
