JOB SUMMARY:
Focus on providing IDEXX LPD bovine product line technical solution of Test Kits, and providing LPD solution in vaccine management and LPD health to large accounts at the lab & Integration and key commercial farm level. Must be willing to travel within the country. Working alongside the sales manager and distributor to improve the end user’s satisfaction and knowledge of testing with LPD Solution.
负责为爱德士经济动物事业部(牛产品线)提供基于实验室及农场现场关于经济动物检测的整体技术方案，配合全国各地的销售及经销商有效促进业务发展，完善检测水平，提高客户整体满意度。

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Provide technical support (including troubleshooting, information sharing, technical updates/ bulletins, hands on training, etc) to the large accounts and the distributor
为大客户和经销商提供技术支持(包括解决现场问题、信息共享、技术更新/公告,培训,等等)
? Provide technical marketing support by creating technical training materials based on the needs of the market
根据市场的需要创建技术培训材料，提供技术营销支持
? Creating and Developing Technical plan for seminar, training, event to promote the IDEXX products
计划技术研讨会，通过培训、活动促进IDEXX产品推广
? Work with the sales manager to create, assist, plan and organize educational events with local or overseas international speakers
配合销售联合国内外专家开展、辅助、计划和组织培训活动
? Building the LPD IDEXX baseline of each test kits, Laboratory Solution, Customer Relations with Key Integrators, Key Commercial LPD Farm
为各类重点客户不同生产模式、不同流程设置的规模化养殖现场，建立基于IDEXX检测产品，检测流程和实验室解决方案
? Ensure that with the sales team in the planning, implementation, follow-up and coordination of efficiency, effectively promote the development of the LPD business.
确保与销售团队在计划、执行、跟进与协调上的效率与完善，有效促进业务发展。完成主管要求的其他技术相关的工作。
职位要求：
EDUCATION:
Master degree or above. Major in Veterinary /Animal Medicine or related. PHD is a plus. 兽医或动物医学硕士以上，博士***；

EXPERIENCE:
? Over 3 years field experience in key commercial bovine farming area, study abroad is preferred
三年以上奶牛养殖领域现场或动保相关企业经验，在国外进修过优先考虑
? Has worked in a commercial lab and performed ELISA tests
拥有实验室工作经验，熟练掌握ELISA操作技术
? Knowledge of commercial integrated bovine farming methodologies and disease control
对规模化奶牛饲养的疾病和繁育管理有足够的理论基础和实战经验
? Solid background in vaccine management program, LPD management program and farm management program.
熟悉免疫疾控相关知识和养殖生产的检测流程
? Consulting and Training experience in LPD
拥有技术顾问和培训相关经验
