Responsibilities

• Ensure the timeliness and quality of all research publications (quarterly, half-yearly, radar, flash, outlook and other thematic reports);

• Expand research coverage of key real estate sectors including office, business park, retail and industrial etc. in Shanghai to various second tier cities markets in East China;

• Promote the firm’s professional services and public image through working with media, conference, seminar with clients and professional bodies and speaking at public events;

• Coach and develop junior staff;

• Set goals for areas of responsibility, develop and implement research strategies;

• Perform any other research duties by direct supervisor.

Skills & Experience

• Bachelor degree or higher education qualification in real estate, surveying, business or related subjects, MBA is preferred;

• Minimum of 10 years work experience in Real Estate related field, with at least 5 years in a research/analytical/consulting role;

• At least 3 years of experience as team leader before;

• Strong writing and presentation skills required in both Mandarin and English;

• Capability for strong quantitative analysis skills;

• Solid understanding of real estate market dynamics;

• Ability to lead and encourage teamwork spirit.
