职位描述
· Responsible for the development and implementation of mechanical product line sales strategy
· Investigate customer and market requirement, working with product management to develop suitable product accordingly
· Develop customers major national wide
· Complete monthly and annual sales target. Provide regular sales forecast and order pipeline. AR collection and following up.
· Cooperate with Support team to improve customer satisfaction
· Develop qualified distributors and key account on hardware solution.
· Provide overall support to distributors including products and sales trainings for them.
· Execute cross-function projects through collaborating with internal team or others Assa Abloy sister companies · Collect market and customer feedback to company on demands and requirements. Represents the company for all issues related to the product lines with customers
· Other tasks assigned by management.
REQUIREMENTS:
· BS above degree, mechanical engineering or marketing knowhow a big plus.
· 5 years above working experience familiar with related industry and solid record in sales and business development
· Good business acumen and familiar with related commercial term
· Know well the industry, product, distribution, customer network in South China
· Know well the customer purchasing and decision making process for mechanical product
· Minimum 3+ years sales experience in Mechanical construction material industry
· Hands-on when required and ability to deep dive into business and technical issues and develop resolutions with internal resources
· Results-driven, strong negotiator and deal closer
· Strong communication skills to influence, explain and lead external customers and internal staff
· Ability to work independently or with limited guidance
· Ability to work under pressure
· Good learning capability and can adapt to others product line sales quickly
· Flexible, pragmatic with a “can do” attitude
· High ethical and business compliance standard
