岗位职责:

? Manage corporate strategic projects / initiatives from a professional project management perspective to ensure high quality delivery within desired time frame
- Build up business case for each new project / initiative
- Manage the entire process of new projects and report to key stakeholders on agreed frequency and flag risk if any
- Work closely Product Owners to justify business needs, clarify request and help push on-time delivery where necessary

? Continuously drive improvement for Operations and beyond
- Review and propose potential opportunities for daily operational process among various Ops Teams, including customer excellence, delivery, payment, etc.
- Communicating with global ops team to ensure local and global alignment to ensure best practice
- Evaluate business situation from end customer perspectives to voice out for customers and ensure inspiring and satisfying customer user journey

? Proactively seeking innovation to add value to the overall business performance
- Provide insight and proposal based on market study and industry trend
- Support top-level business decision making by providing profound data analysis

? Support other business planning for Operations Team, including annual budgeting, offsite, H/C planning, etc.

任职资格:

? 2-3 years management consulting experience in consulting firm; experience in E-commerce, operations or start-up company preferred
? Project management experience required; experience in SQL is a big plus
? Strong analytical mindset with creative problem-solving ability
? Proactive, results driven with decision making capabilities
? Excellent communication and presentation skills
? Ability to work across different departments, scoping out needs and translating into output that makes sense, and connect and influence very diverse stakeholders
? Comfortable to work with senior management team
? Fluent in English, written and spoken
