Bioinformatics AI Researcher

生物信息学人工智能研究员

Job Responsibilities

工作职责

1)  Application and development of AI algorithms to interpret omics data and understand disease biology.

应用和开发人工智能算法来解释组学数据和理解疾病生物学。

2)  Collaborate with a team of bioinformaticians and AI researchers to identify new drug targets and biomarkers.

与生物信息学家和人工智能研究人员团队合作，确定新的药物靶点和生物标记物。

 

Qualifications 

职位要求

1)      Experience of analyzing omics data (e.g., genomics, epigenomics, transcriptomics).

具有组学数据分析经验(如基因组学，表观基因组学，转录组学)。 

2)      Experience of deep learning model development.

深度学习模型开发经验。 

3)      Strong in mathematics.

数学特长

4)      Ph.D. or M.S. in bioinformatics, computational biology, computer science, or a relevant field.

生物信息学、计算生物学、计算机科学或相关领域的博士或硕士学位
