Main Job Responsibilities

主要工作职责：

1. Be responsible for application strategy and vehicle integration, including specification of application requirements, application vendor solicitation and validation, test and validation specification, vehicle test and calibration of integrated algorithms, etc.

负责应用策略与整车集成，包括应用需求撰写、应用供应商尽职调查、测试验证需求撰写、集成算法的整车测试与标定等

2. Support demonstration vehicle/ECU platform build-up and validation, together with ecosystem partners, including specification of functional/performance requirements and validation, etc.

与行业合作伙伴合作搭建样车和ECU演示平台，包括撰写功能/性能需求

3. Support establishing company ADAS/AD application ecosystem by supplier solicitation interaction and validation.

通过供应商选取、交流与调查，支持建立公司ADAS/AD应用生态圈

4. Support product management in customer communication in area of ADAS/AD systems, solution proposal drafting etc.

支持产品部门与客户对接ADAS/AD系统的需求，并负责相关方案撰写

Required Qualifications

任职资格：

1. Bachelor degree or above; majoring in computer science, software, electronics, automation or related; good English speaking and writing skills.

本科学历及以上；计算机科学、软件、电子、自动化或相关专业为佳；良好的英语读写能力

2. Working experience as system lead in OEM/large Tie One or R&D lead in Tier Two; complete experience in at least one OEM ADAS/AD development projects that leads to series production; experience in Parking Assist system is preferred.

具有在主机厂系统部门工作经验；具有至少1个从研发到量产的主机厂ADAS/AD项目完整经验；如有自动泊车辅助系统的经验为佳

3. Familiar with ADAS/AD system functional requirements, sensor profile, system/software architecture, concepts of AD algorithm including perception (DL based)/fusion/planning/control, ADAS (L2) control strategies; Good requirement solicitation and specification writing capability.

熟悉ADAS/AD系统功能需求、传感器配置、系统/软件架构、AD算法概念（包括基于深度学习感知/融合/规划/控制等），熟悉ADAS (L2级)控制策略; 良好的需求收集和规范编写能力

4. Complex problem solving; team spirit, creativity; communication, demonstrated ability to negotiate technical solutions with customers.

解决复杂问题的能力；团队合作精神、创造力；沟通技巧、具有与客户协商技术解决方案的能力
