岗位职责：

1、负责绝缘保温工程项目现场日常全面管理工作；

2、负责整个项目部的施工、技术、质量、进度和安全等日常工作的管理；

3、代表公司对外进行沟通、协调和现场问题处理；

4、负责项目执行期间其他管理工作，例如现场采购、材料管理、人员管理、项目结算、工作统计、文件等；

5、组织项目执行全程的进度计划，落实项目各项措施和方案；

6、协调项目部与其它部门的合作。

任职要求：

1、大专及以上学历，具有良好的英语读写能力，有建造师证者优先考虑；

2、具有产值过千万的项目现场管理工作经验，有团队管理经验和熟悉绝缘保温行业的优先；

3、年龄30-45岁，经验丰富者可适当放宽；

4、工作地点：天津或青岛，能够适应现场的工作和生活环境；

5、工作态度积极，善于团队管理与合作。

上海海威斯特保温工程有限公司海威斯特地处中国经济最发达的“长三角”区，水陆交通四通八达，地理位置非常优越。公司专业从事 LNG 低温设备和系统、LNG 船舶液罐、管道绝热工程研发、设计、生产和施工，现有员工超过160 人， 包含管理团队50 余人和自有施工队伍 100多人。企业荣获 ISO9001 质量体系认证证书、ISO14001 环境体系认证证书、45001 职业安全健康体系证书、法国必维船级社工厂认可和型式认可证书等资质荣誉。
公司主要客户集中于国有大型船厂和瓦锡兰等国际知名企业，绝热项目涵盖中国***的 LNG 船舶、中国大多数 VLGC 船舶和瓦锡兰在中国的模块绝热业务，液罐绝热施工面积超过 47 万平方米，管道绝热施工长度超过 7 万米。海威斯特与上海交大联合共建低温制冷及液化研发中心，主要从事 LNG 船设备、低温绝热、BOG 再液化回收利用技术及装备领域等方面的研发与开发，参与国家立项的多项重大科研和生产项目。

Shanghai Harvest Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd is located in the Economic Circle of Yangtze River Delta and can be easily reached by water and land transportation in all directions. The company is specialized in design, production and installation of cryogenic insulation for LNG equipment and system, LNG cargo tanks and piping. The company currently has approximately 100 employees including 20 engineers and 60 company employed installation workers. The company is certified by ISO9001, ISO14001, OHSAS18001, BV factory approval and type approval, etc.

Harvest customers includes major state owned shipyards and famous international enterprises like Wartsila. The company project reference covers the largest LNG Carrier, the largest Very Large Gas Carrier in China and Wartsila module insulation. The company tank insulation area has been over 300,000㎡ and pipe insulation length has been over 50,000m. Shanghai Harvest Insulation Engineering Co., Ltd, together with Shanghai Jiaotong University, has founded cryogenic refrigeration and liquefaction research center for development of LNG ship equipment, cryogenic insulation, BOG re-liquefaction technology, etc. The research center has participated many times for country major scientific research and production projects.
