Job Duties:

- Leading a team with process and maintenance recourses in the execution and improvement of production processes for transforming parts and raw materials into ABB products in a timely, cost-effective manner and ensuring continuous and efficient operation in accordance with volumes, schedules, procedures, drawings and quality and safety standards and policies.
- Resource allocation organizing and allocating resources to effectively and efficiently support operation targets, leading process and maintenance resource optimization for the assigned unit or line.
- Leading the IE team for plant layout design and improvement, standard working hours and line capacity optimization.
- Leading the PE team for SOP making, process improvement and production support for special orders and project management of NPI and support for Mfg footprint projects.
- Lean deployment with Lean tools implementation, such as 5S, visual management, VSM, line balancing and managing maintenance team, annual Capex budget making and execution, maintenance expense control and optimization.
- People leadership and development ensuring (with HR Manager Support) that the area of responsibility is properly organized, staffed, skilled and directed, guides, motivates and develops direct and indirect subordinates within HR policies.

Requirements:

- Must have a bachelor’s degree major in engineering related field.
- Up to 5 years of experience in AME, Maintenance, Process control, Production / Manufacturing and up to 3 years of experience on AME People Management skill.
- Must be fluent in Chinese and English language, cross cultural understanding.
- Should have skills like Word/Excel/PPT.
- Must have skills like action orientation, effective communication, problems solving, teamwork, communicate effectively, commitment to excellence, flexibility and self-learning, problem solving, teamwork, technical orientation.
- Professional experiences and skills like knowledge of process control, engineering, production, maintenance, Lean and Six Sigma.
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills determined and active attitude and project management skills. Pro-active.
