1.协助日常测试设备的运行，独立负责测试运行

2.为直流接触器的测试准备测试规范和流程，并对测试所需的测试设置和设备提供建议，准备报告来传达测试设置要求，测试规范和程序以及测试结果

3.需要有负责任的态度并在此项目中能够与不同职位的人进行有效的和及时的沟通，以确保所有的硬件和设备能够在计划时间内满足测试需求。与设备供应商进行沟通确保所选的设备适合我们现在的工作任务

4.负责直流接触器的CCC测试，并为该职位的人员提供CCC相关的在职培训，比如，获得CCC测试的报价和交货期，确保测试品能够及时制作，在外部测试机构进行测试时，能够对数据和报告进行相应的整理，收集和分发

5.全面负责维护测试设备内的所有设备（电气和机械），从而确保其功能和安全运行

6.其它的职责根据RMA的需求进行协助调查，其它的工作根据上级来安排

职责/责任

1. 为接触器寿命测试准备测试规范、测试程序和测试报告

2. 机械设备的维护保养

3.组织并见证CCC检测

4. 协助退货部门分析调查

RMA（Main responsibilities）

1. To manage all aspects of customer returns

2. To liaise with customers as the prime communication route for all aspects relating to returned products

3. To log in and fully maintain status of all customer returns by allocating CRN numbers and maintaining all information in the relevant computer system

4. To analyse all returned products and write appropriate reports and send to the customers.

5. To analyse the reason for returns and pass on any necessary investigation work to other departments such as Production or Quality

6. To work with Technical, Production, Quality to complete all investigations and determine necessary corrective actions

7. To advise Sales and Accounts the status of investigations and advise when and if credit should be offered.

8. Work with Production Control and Sales to arrange the rework or replacement of faulty product

9. To Carry out product testing and analysis of the result  

10. Produce test reports for the relevant department and customers.

Engineering background

 

Specialist training required:

Detailed knowledge of products to allow investigation.

Knowledge of potential problems.

Working with Albright computer systems, including ERP, QA solutions.

 

Any particular aptitude/skill required:

Inquisitive but systematic approach and good reporting skills

Good housekeeping skills

Good communication skills

Demonstrable aptitude to IT
