Job Description:

SAP Business Process Analyst - Level 1 support focuses on issues or tickets raised by the users in Asia Pacific, support senior business process analysts on the information solution. This position will rotate in different business process services (OTC / PTM / PTP / RTR) to support the service as needed.

Responsibilities:

Monitor and response to SAP related SCP tickets in the Asia Region.

Provide solution, guidance and basic training to business users of standard SAP processes.

Assist with gap analyses, build, data cleansing, test and deploy activities.

Prepare technical documentation (Functional Spec / CRD / testing results, etc.).

Provide a collaborative and good communication/relationship environment with all functional and business teams in the organization.

Member of the regional application team accountable for supporting daily operations within the SAP and associated applications environment.

Support regional or global projects as needed.

Qualifications (Education, Experience and Competencies):

Fresh graduate or 1-3 year SAP L1 support experience working experience are both acceptable.

Bachelor’s degree or above.

Good learning skills (Fast Learner).

Team player with excellent relationship building skills.

Strong analytical skills that translates to elevated level problem solving abilities.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage workload prioritization for self and team to delivery high quality work products within cost and time constraints.

Critical thinking skills with the ability to develop completely new problem-solving approaches to formulate innovative solutions.

High degree of focus on customer.

Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.

Must be flexible, reliable and able to manage multiple priorities.

Must have good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude, a self-starter.

Able to work flexible hours and meet deadlines.

International mindset – must be able to deal with a diverse, international team.

Willing to travel on a project basis – up to 30% per year. Including potential extended periods of time away from home.

Considered a plus:

SAP ECC or S4 HANA functional and technical experience.

Batch job monitoring and troubleshooting.

Knowledge of critical SAP master data elements (Customers, Materials, Plants, Business Partners, etc.).

Knowledge and experience with Business Objects, Operations Portals and /or SharePoint.
