• Propose site Recruiting Strategy and be responsible for IDL/DL Recruitment to meet business demand and global transformation of company. 

  

• Propose IDL recruiting plan and budget, well control IDL/DL Headcount and implement recruiting activities with target cost control result.

• Revisit and revamp recruiting principle, policies, procedures and SOP regularly/irregularly to guarantee recruiting activities efficiently and effectively.

• IDL(Indirect Labor) fulfillment rate>=85%, Critical job openings fulfillment rate>=90% and DL (Direct Labor)fulfillment rate>=98% by developing and maintaining more effective recruiting channels (campus recruitment, headhunter, internal referral programs, labor agency)and closely co-work with line managers.

• Well manage, control and forecast the DL Manpower timely by seamlessly co-work with PMC and PD. Meanwhile provide suggestion in terms of external labor market situation to internal related PMC/PD heads for their reference and decision making.

• Develop strategic recruiting analysis reports to support business strategy formulation.

• Frequently prepare and work with internal and external auditors to do the group/site and EICC/customer audit.

   

  Qualifications

                

• Minimum a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology/Management majors.

  

• 10+ years of working experience in various full HR functions with proven record. 5 years Recruiting Head position is a must.
• EMS or Manufacturing industry is a must.
• Strategic planning, excellent commercial acumen and strong execution ability of initiatives.
• Accountable and can work under high pressure.
• Proficient in both Chinese and English.
