职责说明（position description）：
-公司系统架构的规划、运维和优化(服务器、存储和备份等等)
-Design、manage and optimize system construction including severs、storages and backup system for company.
-虚拟化环境（VMware、Citrix Desktop、Citrix App）的部署、管理和优化
-Deploy、manage and optimize virtual system including VMWare、Citrix Desktop and Citrix App.
-Windows服务器（AD、DNS、DHCP、DFS、SQL Server、SharePoint等等）部署、运维和优化
-Deploy、manage and optimize Windows server systems including AD、DNS、DHCP、DFS、SQL Server and SharePoint etc.
-Linux服务器（Samba、Glusterfs、OTRS、Redmine、Gitlab等等）部署、运维和优化
-Deploy、manage and optimize Linux server systems including AD、DNS、DHCP、DFS、SQL Server and SharePoint etc.
-标准化系统管理流程和相关运维文档
-Standardize the process of system management and related documentation.
-Helpdesk二线问题处理
-Provide level 2 support for helpdesk
-为亚洲其他分公司(澳大利亚、泰国、印度和日本)提供系统规划、运维和优化
-Design、manage and optimize system construction for other Asian subsidiaries including Australia、Thailand、India and Japan.
-与德国总部IT合作完成全球项目
-Cooperate with IT in German headquarter for global projects.
任职资格(requirements)：
-大学本科及以上学历，计算机等相关专业毕业
-Bachelor's degree or above，majored in Information Technology.
-三年以上系统架构设计和系统运维经验
-Minimum 3+ years’ experience on system construction design and system management.
-熟练掌握虚拟化平台：VMware、Citrix
-Good at virtual system for VMware and Citrix.
-熟练掌握Windows和Linux服务器系统
-Good at Windows and Linux server system.
-熟悉Veeam备份系统
-Be familiar with Veeam backup system.
-熟悉至少一种监控环境：Zabbix、Nagios
-Be familiar with Zabbix or Nagios.
-熟悉SQL Server和SharePoint
-Be familiar with SQL Server and SharePoint.
-有PMP认证者优先
-PMP certification is preferred.
-拥有良好的英语口语能力
-Good spoken English.
-良好的沟通能力及团队合作能力
-Good communication and teamwork.
