Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to Corporate finance controller;
2. Ensure accounts treatment is fully compliance with GAAPs, Company’s accounting policy and government requirements; follow the month end closing process to ensure a timely and accurate finance closing;
3. Good preparation of Group’s consolidated financial statements under IFRS;
4. Identification and implementation of improvements to monthly reporting processes and accounting operations;
5. Assist finance controller to perform periodic accounting review and analysis, including balance sheet review, trend analysis, etc.
6. Assist finance controller on regular management reporting to directors and investors;
7. Assist finance controller to prepare reports and disclosure to the public market;
8. Be involved to liaise with external and internal auditors;
9. Be the technical accounting person to deal with tricky accounting matters;
10. Be involved in ERP system implementation;
11. Ad hoc financial reports and tasks.

Qualification:

1. Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, auditing or finance related;
2. Strong knowledge of accounting and auditing principles, familiar with IFRS and PRC GAAP;
3. 6+ years consolidated reporting experience of biotech industry;
4. Background from Big 4 CPA firm is preferred;
5. IPO or pre-IPO experience is preferred;
6. Good knowledge of Oracle or SAP system;
7. Good at thinking and be able to solve issues independently;
8. Good work ethic, diligent, sense of responsibility, good communication, and anti-pressure ability;
9. CPA or ACCA certification is a plus.
