Roles:

1. Under One Organization, directly report to charging System Manger in Charging business unit, meanwhile having cross functions with local R&D team, Europe Wallbox R&D team, LA Cordset R&D team   

2. Leading China EC CH project/product acquisition, defining product strategy/roadmap for Chinese market, and performing local competitors' product benchmark

Responsibilities:  

1. Lead local RFQ techncial activities together with global R&D teams (such as visit customer, deliver technical proposal, prepare engingeering quotation, R&D cost estimation...), to win charging business

2. Be responsible for definition of charging products (Cordset, AC & DC wallbox, coupler) strategy/roadmap for Chinese market by working with global product team 

3. Benchmark activities aligned with global team

4. Be in charge of local customer technical requirement activities, such as potential competitive techncial solutions

5. Support to build and strengthen local system RD team's capability in charging system or EV area

6. Communicate with global technical team to solve/answer kinds of questions in RFQ phase

7. Support to make the charging system development strategy under leadership from charging engineering homeroom

8. Support system team to work with reginal RD SF team members (mechanical, hardware, software, validation, regulatory) to participate/finish the required tasks from global and local partners

9. Provide ontime support for other partners (sales, CEG, plant, quality, purchaser....)

Requirements:

1. Bachelor degree and above, major in Engineering, Electrical Engineering background is preferred  

2. 5~8 years related working experience in power electronics in Software, Hardware, Mechanical, System integration, EV charging specific knowledge; global working experience (Tier 1 or OEM), advanced technical working experience is prefered

3. Strong technical presentation and communication skill

4. Fluent in oral and written English.
