Required qualifications :
1.College degree or above, major in Mechanical.
2.Above 3 years' process work experience in sheet metal machining and process.
3.Familiar with sheet metal, plastic, cast metal and gasket material.
4.Be familiar with NPD and program management.
5.Good skills in design softwares and standard computer applications .
6.Excellent English language skills.

Job description:
1.Responsible for new products instruction and project progress, compile the project planning and technology documentation, coordinate the preparation of trial production.
2.Responsible the technology and feasibility analysis, include raw material,process, equipment and fixture etc.
3.Responsible for the process design, promote the continuous improvement activities of quality and efficiency.
4.Measure the working time, and continue improve the manufacture prcocess base on process anlysis.
