 JD：

1. Quality department (quality, system, laboratory) management;

2. Summarize the quality problems inside and outside the factory and prepare relevant quality reports;

3. To assist the factory quality continuous improvement and quality management system improvement work;

4. Support the factory quality management system audit and customer audit;

5. Support and handle external customer complaints;

6. Supervise laboratory management;

7. Supervise the quality management of suppliers;

8. Responsible for environmental factor identification, the development of relevant environmental management programs;

9. Complete the task assigned temporarily by the general manager of the plant and the quality director of China.

Requirements for appointment:

1. Undergraduate or above, materials / chemical / machinery related major;

2. More than 5 years of work experience

3. Fluent in English, direct communication with foreigner;

4. Be able to use office software such as Word, Excel, Power Point;

5. Strong sense of responsibility, able to lead the team;

6. Key competencies: ability to handle complex transactions, coordination, negotiation, writing, planning;

7. Be familiar with APQP, PPAP, SPC, MSA, CP, 8D and other quality tools and IATF16949 standard
