You will mainly handle claims from clients in Europe or Asia, to create the monthly claim report, and follow up with CAP with QC team to prevent new claim or similar mistake happening.

You will be responsible for supporting sourcing team to handle the lab test on physical or safety test to secure that our product gets the needed certification according to market request.

  You will provide clients with good service on handling claims in professional and fast way.

  You need to implement quality improvements plans for suppliers in China based on inspection findings or complaint from customers.

  You need build close relationships with key suppliers.

  You will secure quality are the same level globally for our Branded Furniture, and secure alignment on quality levels between the European and Asian team's.

   任职要求: Requirements    

  Above Bachelor Diploma in any Engineering subject. 工程类本科以上

  Familiar with furniture making processes, especially for upholstery, wood working process, painting, metal welding, powder coating, and know how to improve the process or technology 了解家具类产品的生产工艺， 如有软包类， 实木加工类， 油漆类， 金属件加工知识优先  

  You should be a person with energy, dynamic, and you are able to remain calm, and in control in high pressure situations. 充满活力， 热情， 能够保持冷静， 控制情绪， 抗压  

   You have strong communication skill with different parties (Sourcing team, QC team, Suppliers, Oversea clients). 很强的沟通能力

 You are experienced on claim handling or data analysis 有客诉经验者优先，擅长数据分析  

 You should also have strong technical background to analyze and deal with problems 较强的技术背景来分析解决问题   You can manage several tasks at the same time 能够同时承担多重工作压力
