Project Manager, Global Supply Chain
Responsibilities:
? Own key Growth Play Book projects, reporting, and prioritization, with robust project management skill.
? Lead cross-functional teams on project execution. Ensure project scope and execution achieves critical business metrics.
? Drive robust “pitcher-catcher” process and team communication between sites and functions.
? Own localization projects into the Changzhou manufacturing facility and Asia region including reporting and prioritization, with robust project management tools.
? Lead cross-functional teams in region on initiatives including transfers of work, China-China CPOs, make-buy analysis, customer delivery, and manufacturing cost positioning.
? Deliver on-time project execution globally across multiple sites.
? Leverage best practices between functions (e.g. sourcing, logistics, customer care).
? Work with Finance teams to analyze cost drivers and validate savings to ledger.
? Effectively communicate teams' progress to Business Leadership.
Qualifications/Requirements:
? Bachelor degree. Engineering or technical degree preferred.？ Fluent English
? Green Belt Certified, Black Belt or Lean process preferred.
? Proven team leadership skills; ability to effectively influence and motivate others.
? Substantial cross-functional experience with strong successful track record of results.
? Strong project management skills.
? Basic cost accounting knowledge
? Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Ability to work effectively with all levels.
? Strong quantitative and analytical skills, PC proficiency.
? Demonstrated ability as a change agent.
Located in Changzhou, willingness to travel globally, estimated 10%
