4. 精通数据会议协议，如类似WebRTC共享桌面或webex等

1. 精通护粮网聊天系统编程与搭建
2. 理解场景IM协议， xmpp， simple，mqtt等
3. 有使用常见IM开源软件经验优先，如openfire, coolpy
4. 熟悉websocket等服务器编程
