Over three year’s EHS management experience.

3年以上健康环境安全管理方面相关工作经验

Familiar with government regulation of Safety, Health & Environment;

熟悉国家颁布以及其它相关的环境、健康、安全标准、程序及政策

Proactive and good team spirit

Strong communication/ interpersonal skill

Good analytical and problem solving skill

Certified ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001 internal auditor, National Certified Safety Engineer

有以下证书者优先：ISO14001, OHSAS18001内审员或国家注册安全工程师

Responsibilities:职责：

Use EHS system to drive 6S management.

用EHS系统驱动6S的管理。

Manage EHS committee, arrange to deliver related trainings to team, and assist with each department to execute related policies to hit the targets.

管理环境健康安全委员会，进行有关的培训，并协助各部门执行相关的政策以达到目标。

Improve EHS & 6S management system.

改善EHS和6S管理体系。

Push EHS committee to implement the internal inspections and make improvements for the findings.

推动EHS委员会执行内部检查并整改问题项。

Conduct risk assessment and suggest the necessary corrective action plans.

实施风险评估，并建议改善计划。

Establish change management system to control or remove the risks.

建立变更管理系统以控制和减少风险。

Lead EHS and Admin activities, such as risk assessment, safety month, fire drill, emergency response plan drill, etc.

领导EHS和行政活动，如风险分析，安全月，消防演习，应急响应演练，等等。

Set up preventing and warning system of EHS and organize the drills, such as fire drill and evacuation drill.

建立公司EHS应急响应系统并组织必要演练，如消防演习和疏散演习。

Incidents investigation and analysis the root cause then suggest the preventive action plan.

事件调查和根本原因分析，以提供预防措施。

Analysis the EHS data to search the improvement opportunities.

分析EHS数据，从中寻找改善机会。

Support internal and external audit.

为内审和外审提供支持。

Providing good working environment that ensure daily operations, supervision, execution with well established management policy on working environment, such as temperature and humidity management, occupational hazard monitoring, and related medical check etc,

为公司正常运行提供良好的工作环境，建立工作环境管理制度，并加以监督和执行；如温湿度管理、职业危害环境监测、职业危害体检等；

Support Admin manager to implement Admin management and improvement.

为行政经理开展工作和改善工作提供支持。

Support HR to make annual EHS training plan and implement the plan.

协助HR制定和实施EHS培训计划。

Responsible for the other requirements which the superior assigned.
