Struers, the global leader in metallographic sample preparation instruments and consumables. Struers is now seeking one with a title Service Coordinator to support the service department.      

 Responsibility ：  

• Coordinate between customers, suppliers, field service engineers and sales for all after- sales activities incl. Installation ,service requests, machine problem claims from customers

• Coordinate with field service engineers to arrange and update service timeline

• System data maintenance and  check, modify and file service document.

• Responsible of technical service hotline.

• Service report update monthly or in real-time

• Arrange spare parts order and make accurate record of spare parts stock

• Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned
  

              

Requirements：  

• College degree or above

• At least 5 years’ experience with service coordination

• Good command in oral, listening, reading and written Chinese and English

• Experience in ERP (Such as SAP) is required
