职位描述
We are seeking a person who is a quick learner with strong problem solving skills, "can do" attitude, mathematical mind.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Be responsible for book keeping, AP, AR, all journal entries.
2. AR weekly report, find out potential risk in missing collection of income from customers;
3. Follow up on overdue balances of BS accounts.
4. Issue VAT Invoice.
5. Assist FM for month and year-end closing for all statutory and management reporting in accordance with closing schedule;
6. Monthly Settlement for brands.
7. Make daily cash / bank journal and keep clear accounts in financial system.

9. Check and release employees’ reimbursement timely and accurately
10. Keep cash, financial stamp and cheques safely..

12. Payment transfer of Alipay Account for brands
13. Other issues required by FM.

Requirement
-2 years related working experience or above.
- have strong accounting knowledge.
-Oral and written skills in English.
-Be familiar with ERP systems. U8 will be a plus公司介绍
