一、 岗位职责( Job Responsibility )

1、 通过检查、跟踪、培训教育和报告等形式确保公司运营符合当地的法律法规要求。Ensure compliance with all local EHS laws / regulations on a consistent basis via a regular series of audits, follow-up, education, training and reports.

2、 带领/协调内外部EHS/设施小组执行公司的EHS流程，更好的协助公司核心业务。Lead/coordinate the internal and external EHS/facility team to implement FSH EHS routines, and to better support FSH operation business. 

3、 监控公司内外部的安全事故并提供快速响应，完成对紧急事件的调查和报告。

Initiate and monitor internal & external incidents/accidents and provide rapid response, investigation and reporting of all emergencies.

4、 和其它部门一起完成风险分析并提供专业技术支持以消除/减轻工作风险。Work closely with other departments to assess the safety risks surround within site operation and provide technical support to eliminate/mitigate the risks.

5、 协调公司内劳防用品的选型和维护。Coordinate the selection and maintenance of personal protective equipment.

6、 协调公司内的废弃物管理，尤其是危险废弃物。Coordinate the factory waste management, especially for the hazardous waste.

7、 组织完成公司的紧急响应流程，根据需求完成演练。Lead the EHS team to coordinate all emergency response activities, organize drills as required.

8、 废水系统和日常检查数据的监管。Coordinate the management of waste-water treatment system and its on-line data monitor.

9、 协调完成必须的安全报告，许可证、交流和评估。Coordinate necessary safety reports, permits, communications and self-assessments.

10、 参加EHS审核并提供审核流程所规定的验证证据。Participate and provide evidences to EHS audit as defined by the audit process.

11、 和当地政府部门保持良好的工作关系以获取工作所需的安全健康方面的许可。Establish strategic working relationship with local authorities so as to get their support in obtaining related approvals and permits for health, safety, firefighting and environmental protection matters.

12、 上级指派的其他工作。Other assigned work.

二、基本素质要求 ( Basic Quality Requirement )

1、 本科以上学历，安全工程专业Bachelor degree or above, major in Safety Engineering related.

2、 5年以上制造业工厂工作经验，有外企工作经验佳。5 years working experiences in manufacturing industry, work experience in foreign companies is preferred.    

3、 熟悉相关国家安全生产法律法规。Familiar with relevant national safety production laws and regulations.    

4、 有国家注册安全工程师证书优先考虑。A national registered safety engineer certificate is preferred.    

5、 英语流利，沟通无碍。Very fluent English skills (listen/ spoken/ reading/ writing).    

6、 熟练使用MS办公软件。Proficient in office.
