• To support continuous improvement activities, 5S and other corporate requirements (as required from time to time) at production floor.

• To work as maintenance engineer role in absence of maintenance engineer.

  在维修工程师缺席时能担负起该角色的大部分工作。

• Organize machine daily equipment maintenance, and the maintenance plan establishment.

  组织设备维护日报表，建立维护计划的实施。

• To support in development of spare parts list for all production machines and equipments and thereafter to ensure availability of these spare parts on site.

  支持所有线的备件清单的开发，以及之后确保备件的有效性。

• To meet company the MTTR&MTTR target, etc.

  完成平均故障率和修复时间的设定目标。

• To continuously perform process improvement study for higher manufacturability of the Assembly process.

• To train and certify process operators.

• Establish the equipment maintenance file, and the equipment acceptance standards.

• Co-ordinate with vendors for facility maintenance.

• Ensure that his or her site or business complies with legal, company, customer and other EHS requirements.

岗位要求：

• Educational: Diploma in Mechanical & electrical Engineering or equivalent.

       机械&电气工程或相当专业

• Experience: Minimum 5 years related working experience in a manufacturing environment.

       最少5年的制造业工作经验

• Basic interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written in English.

  基本的英语读写交流沟通能力，

• Experience in manufacturing process control and set up, and experience in PLC and mechanical.

  制造过程控制和调试经验，有机械和电器维修经验

• Basic usage computer skills especially with Microsoft Office i.e. Word, Excel, PLC etc.

  具有基本计算机办公自动化Microsoft Office的能力
