-3 years electrical commissioning+ approx. 2 years professional experience.

       -3年电气调试工作经验+2年左右的专业领域工作经验

Knowledge and Certificate知识及证书：

? Knowledge in the field of electric commissioning

具有电气调试领域的知识

? Low-V Electric license

低压电工证

Skill and competency技能及任职能力：

? In-depth knowledge in programming with Siemens S7 TIA Portal  V15 or  Beckhoff TwinCAT3

and Siemens Drive Starter of commission S120 or Beckhoff Drive control AX500X 

对西门子 S7 TIA Portal V15或者 Beckhoff  TwinCAT 3编程有深入的理解，并且可以启动使用西门子Starter 调试S120驱动器 或者 Beckhoff  驱动AX500X控制。

? Be able to commission all kinds of different of Camera system: Congnex, Siemens, Zeiss etc.

能够调试各种相机系统，如Congnex , Siemens, Zeiss 等。

? Be able to commission all kinds of nut runner, eg.Bosch, Atlas etc.

能够调试各种拧紧机系统，如Bosch , Atlas 等

? Be able to commission Press machine system. eg. Kistler, Tox etc.

能够调试各种压机系统，如Kistler, Tox 等。

? Be able to commission Leaktest system. eg. Cosmo, etc.

能够调试各种试漏系统，如Cosmo  等。

? Be able to operate Robot and be able to teach position and change program.

. eg. KUKA, ABB, FANUC etc

? 能够操作机器人，能够进行机器人位置校对并修改子程序，如KUKA, ABB, FANUC 等.

? Good English language skills

良好的英语能力

工作职责

  

1. Commissioning of machines under the guidance and the machine functions mostly have been tested (e.g. duplicated machines).Test, adjust and optimize part processed , including requirement such as design lists, schedules, checklists or similar. if necessary performing of simple modifications to existing systems…

   根据指导调试机床并测试机床功能。测试，调整并优化工艺程序。按照设计要求完成调试清单。必要时能

    够在现有的系统上做简单的改造。

    

2. Programming PLC control, e.g. Siemens S7-1500 or Beckhoff  C6030 etc

     进行PLC编程工作,例如 Siemens S7-15000 或者 Beckhoff C6030等。

    

3. Programming of HMI , e.g. Wincc , TIA Portal or TwinCAT3 HMI-engineering.

   进行HMI编程工作，例如 Wincc, TIA Potal 或者 TwinCAT3 HMI .

    

4. Discussion and matching of Specification and work with other departments (hydraulic, mechanic, process, operation …)

   与其他部门（流体，机械，工艺等）协作完成机床配置清单上的内容。

    

5. Exchange defective parts/modules( if necessary also other parts such as e.g. pneumatic valves)

   更换电气元件、模块，必要时也要更换其他非电气部件，如气动阀等。

    

6. Implementation of wiring or installation work

   实施接线和简易的安装工作。

    

7. Download of newer version of software in existing controls(update)

   在现有的机床上下载、更新软件。

    

8. Make minor adjustments of mechanical components(e.g swithch adjust)

   简单的机械部件的调整工作（如开关的调整）。

    

9. Back up and drop control software, parameter, etc. in accordance to the data backup manual

   根据备份文件的要求进行工程软件、参数等的备份。

    

   10. Set up and parameters of simple equipment according to instructions/default values

       (e.g. bus address, transfer rate, pressure,…)Well handling of programming software or     programming devices is required.

       根据说明书设置设备的参数，调整数据等。例如，总线地址，传动比，压力值等等。使编程软件和设备能够良好的运转。

    

   11. Functional test(e.g. safety functions…)according to the checklists and documentation of

    the results

       根据检查清单进行功能测试（如安全集成功能测试）。

   12. Supplementation of reports, protocols(e.g. checklists , measurement protocols, fault lists)

     提供所有的报告，文档（如检查清单，测试报告，错误信息清单等）。
