•  including but not limited to:
• Participating and interpreting at exhibitions, taking part in negotiations, meetings, and assisting of foreign delegations,
• Translation of documentation (written, oral). Translation of equipment start-up and shake-down and technical documentation, daily translation, meeting and assisting of foreign specialists on-site,
• Perform administration and technical support of fabrication team,
• Organization of meetings and business trips of fabrication team members,
• Performance of all aspects of the fabrication team document control system at yard,
• Performance of all drawings and documents transmittals from/to COMPANY and CONTRACTOR,
• Development and maintenance of office archives related to document management,
• Support fabrication team in all aspects of document management,
• Collection of monthly activity reports from all engineers on the client team,
• Support the team with local authorities and administrative procedures when needed (VISA, registration, etc.),
• Support and accompany the team locally when needed (e.g. banking, medical, etc.).
• Main requirements:
• Russian profile already in China,
• Good English communication; speaking, reading, writing,
• Good Chinese communication; speaking, reading, writing,
• Able to work on an isolated site (construction), with a tough working schedule,
• Flexible, to support the team on site,
• Any of the following profiles/background could match: Translator, Assistant, Admin, Sales, HR, Office Manager, Doc Controller, etc. – More than a background it is a positive, supportive and hardworking profile required!
